At Creative Cables USA, your satisfaction is our top priority. If our customizable lighting solutions don't meet your expectations, we provide a hassle-free return and refund process to ensure your shopping experience remains positive."

Eligible Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unmodified, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and parts.
  • Exclusions:
    • Custom or made-to-order products.
    • Cut-to-length cables or wires.
    • Light bulbs, due to their fragility and the risk of damage during transit.
    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

How to Make a Return or Request a Refund

Before shipping your return, it is essential to complete all steps of the return process through your account.

  1. Go to the "My Account" page and navigate to the "My Return Requests" section.
  2. Click "Add New Request" and enter your order reference number.
    • If you don’t know your order reference number, you can find it under "My Orders", also in your account area.
  3. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Important: Returns shipped without completing the process or without using the provided label may not be accepted.

Shipping

  • Creative-Cables USA will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved.
  • Use only the provided label to ensure proper processing and tracking of your return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.
  • Restocking Fee: A $20 flat restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect to assist with the claims process.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional charge, including shipping costs.

Note on Light Bulbs

Due to the fragility of light bulbs, we cannot accept returns on these items. This policy ensures that we can maintain the quality and reliability of our products for all customers. If your bulb arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
