Villa Andy: Rustic Elegance Redefined in Franciacorta

Completed between 2022 and 2023, the Villa Andy project revitalized a residential property in the breathtaking Franciacorta region of Brescia, with Creative Cables lighting playing a key role in its transformation.
Spearheaded by designer Luca Cassol (Instagram, Facebook), the renovation—a complete demolition and reconstruction—embraces a vision of warmth, simplicity, and understated elegance. The clients, a couple in their 40s, envisioned a cozy yet sophisticated home that highlights natural materials like wood and stone, enhanced with unique details to create a Rustic Chic aesthetic.
The expansive interiors include a spacious 915-square-foot open-plan living and dining area and a 375-square-foot kitchen. Flooring choices were carefully selected to enhance each space: planed oak adds warmth to the living areas, while stone-effect tiles lend durability and character to the kitchen. Custom furniture and paneling, crafted from reclaimed first-patina antique oak, were treated with an eco-friendly blend of vegetable oils and waxes for a sustainable finish. Split local stone was used on the walls, adding texture and visual depth to the overall design.
